Protein Energy Balls - Healthy snack on the go!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 c rolled oats

  • 1/2 c protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 c almond butter

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 c flaked coconut

  • 3 tbsp milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine & mix all ingredients

  2. Form into 1 inch balls

  3. Refrigerate for 30 mins

  4. ENJOY!
